No refunds can be applied for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages.
Replacement may be considered on a case by case situation. If the item is damaged and you would like a replacement please send the damaged item back to us first at your cost and we will arrange a replacement to be sent at our cost.

Returns

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 1 week of your order being received for an exchange or store credit provided it is unused.
