INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Standard international shipping can take 14 days up to 45 days sometimes. We CANNOT guarantee its delivery once they leave India. Shipping is out our hands once it leaves India. By purchase this listing you must have read and understand our terms.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or lengthy shipping of packages as once the item left our warehouse it is dependant on 3rd-party hands. Please consider to purchase extra insurance cover for your parcel to cover against lost or damaged packages.
No refunds can be applied for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages.
Replacement may be considered on a case by case situation. If the item is damaged and you would like a replacement please send the damaged item back to us first at your cost and we will arrange a replacement to be sent at our cost.
If applicable, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
At Ecowoodies we take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 1 week of your order being received for an exchange or store credit provided it is unused. If you need to return an item, please contact us first.
Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
